Paulus established the Presenters’ Platform in 2004 after a life-time of presenting. His natural talents were discovered at an early age when teachers noticed the whole class becoming entranced when he read aloud.

The Presenters’ Platform emerged from five years of researching a range of exercises and a format that enriches people’s self-confidence and prepares them for presenting.

Research shows that speaking to an audience is one of the greatest fears of most people, so Paulus has designed a program that helps participants meet this fear head-on. Paulus’ studies of motivations and groups saw him come third in a paper on Group Norms, Motivation and Leadership prior to his creation of the Presenters’ Platform as well as completing a Diploma in International Business at Auckland University.

Paulus is a voice over artist ( www.206redoubtroad.co.nz) and an actor. Two of his most recent roles in New Zealand were in 2006, 2007 and 2009 as Geoff Wright and Bob Armstrong on Shortland Street.

Paulus can also direct, film and edit footage.

Paulus helped establish Studio 111 Screen acting school and Casting and Corporate Training. He is still involved there teaching screen acting.

"The results have been amazing with incredible feedback from our staff. As a Company, we invest heavily in further education and I would have to say that Paulus’s sessions with our team have been the most successful thing we have done so far.”
